Disclosure

SkinDaily is reader-supported. This page explains how we earn money from the site, so you always know where we stand.

Affiliate links

Some of the links in our articles are affiliate links. That means that if you click a link and buy a product, we may earn a small commission from the retailer, at no extra cost to you. We only recommend products we would be comfortable suggesting to a friend, and a commission never changes what we write about a product — including its drawbacks.

Where an article contains affiliate links, we say so in the article itself.

Advertising

We may show advertising on SkinDaily in future. If we do, advertising will be clearly labelled, and advertisers will not influence our editorial content. We do not currently run paid product placements or sponsored reviews.

Free products and sponsorship

If a brand ever sends us a product to try, or pays for a mention, we will disclose that clearly in the article. We do not publish reviews of products we have not used, and we do not let a brand approve or change what we write.

Our promise

Our first duty is to our readers, not to brands or retailers. If you ever feel a recommendation is not honest, please tell us via our contact page or by emailing shazambutt@gmail.com.
